Facial Massage is an excellent way to use your Luv My Oils. Whether you use your favourite facial oil in the morning or the evening, your skin will enjoy the attention. The light, absorbable facial oils are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and essential fatty acid omega oils, all helping to strengthen the nutrition of the skin, lock in moisture and improve skin suppleness. 

As well as all the nutritional benefits, massage helps to rejuvenate cellular activity. By boosting the circulation in your face and neck, you will increase the blood flow and oxygen levels, which in turn stimulates collagen and elastic production and cell renewal. Naturally, the removal of dead skin cells will also be aided, helping to improve your skin tone and radiance.

Facial massage will help ease facial tension. You will naturally breathe more deeply as you massage, and your fingers will ease those tight muscles in the face and jaw. Your relaxed muscles will release toxins, aiding lymph flow and detoxifying your system. Eyes will be less puffy, and your fine lines, wrinkles and expression lines will decrease over time. Your muscles will feel toned, and your skin will look smooth.

Incorporating facial massage into your daily routine will help you feel relaxed and calm - a wonderful way to start your day or ease into sleep. The soft aroma scents will soothe your senses and help relieve stress symptoms such as insomnia, headaches, jaw ache and teeth grinding.

  • Wash or cleanse your skin before applying oil to dry skin.
  • Use 2-4 drops of your favourite massage oil. 
  • Warm the oil in the palm of your hands by gently rubbing them together.
  • Close your eyes and inhale the wonderful aromas.
  • Press the oil firmly onto your skin.  Start at the forehead, then your cheeks and then your neck.
  • Do a couple of full face and neck swoops to spread the oil evenly.
  • Starting at the neck and upper chest, massage in slow rhythmic, downward, circular movements, using your whole hand. 
  • From your neck work your way up slowly, always in circular movements, using your fingers to ease out the tension.
  • Close your eyes, using the facial massage as a mindful experience, and you will find the tension. It might be tight or sore in the muscles, so spend a little longer easing the tension away.  This could be in the jaw, the temple, the frown lines, the forehead or the hairline.
  • Only spend a couple of minutes massaging, as you will learn to feel your way. The more regularly that you do it, the easier it becomes very relaxing.
  • Look in the mirror. Smile. Enjoy the naturally beautiful you!


  • Always keep your bottle lid tightened and kept in a cool, dark place out of sunlight.
  • Don't use too much oil. Sometimes less is more.  Blot any excess away with a tissue.
  • Avoid under the eyes and on the eyelids. The skin in this area is delicate and shouldn't be overworked.
  • For people with rosacea or sensitive skin use light fingertip pressure in the areas of concern and keep the massage time limited to 1 -2 minutes.  Gradually build up the massage time when you know how your skin will react to the stimulation.
  • For people with acne-prone skin, you will be using the Healing Facial Oil. This has been created to apply to the areas of concern and will not want to be overworked, as this will produce even more sebum. Less is more. However, feel free to massage the neck and the chest if these areas are acne-free.
